Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what data Pat Williams (operating as FAVnC) collects, why it is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, and how you can exercise your rights. Last updated October 17, 2025.
Definitions
Controller: Pat Williams (FAVnC), the individual/entity that determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.
Personal Data: Any information relating to an identifiable person, including Discord IDs, Roblox IDs, usernames, payment transaction data, contact messages, and IP addresses.
Categories of Data Collected
Account information: Display name, Discord user ID, Roblox user ID, GitHub username when provided.
Contact data: Messages, support requests, order references, email addresses when provided in receipts or direct messages.
Technical data: IP address, approximate geo-location (city-level), user agent string, device type, OS and browser version, basic telemetry for fraud prevention and service quality.
Service usage: Logs of items purchased, license keys issued, timestamps of delivery, dispute records, and any screenshots or proofs voluntarily provided by users.
Purposes of Processing
To verify identity and deliver purchased services and digital assets.
To process payments, issue receipts, and handle refunds or exchanges where applicable.
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized transactions, and to protect rights and property.
To comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests from authorities, and to defend against claims.
To improve products and services, analyze usage patterns, and communicate important updates about services or policies.
Lawful Basis
Contract performance: to fulfill orders and provide services requested by users.
Legal compliance: to comply with applicable laws or lawful requests by authorities.
Legitimate interests: fraud prevention, network security, dispute investigation, and service improvement.
Data Sharing & Processors
Payment processors (for example payment gateway services) to process transactions.
Technical service providers and hosting providers used to operate infrastructure. These providers are required to protect data and only process data on behalf of FAVnC.
Legal authorities when required by law or to respond to court orders, subpoenas, or investigations.
In case of corporate sale or transfer, necessary data may be transferred to the buyer under confidentiality obligations.
Retention Periods
Transactional and payment records: retained for a minimum of 1 year for audit and dispute resolution unless law requires a different period.
Support and communication logs: retained for 1 year or longer if required by dispute or legal processes.
Technical logs (IP, user agent): retained for no longer than 90 days for typical logs, except where retained longer for fraud investigations.
Security Measures
Administrative, technical and organizational measures are implemented proportionate to risk. Access to data is limited to authorized personnel. Backups are encrypted where feasible. No system is 100% secure; breaches will be handled per legal obligations and affected users will be notified when required by law.
Your Rights
Access: request a copy of personal data held about you.
Rectification: request correction of inaccurate personal data.
Erasure: request deletion when lawful (subject to retention obligations and legitimate interests).
Restriction: request processing limit where accuracy is contested or for other legal reasons.
Object: object to processing based on legitimate interests where applicable.

Children
Services are not directed at children under 13 (or local age of consent). If a parent believes their child's personal data was provided to FAVnC, contact the owner to request deletion.
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Buyer") and Pat Williams (doing business as FAVnC). By accessing, purchasing, or using services and products from FAVnC you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use FAVnC services.
Acceptance & Scope
These Terms apply to all interactions, purchases, communications, downloads, and deliveries involving FAVnC. Additional terms may apply per-product and will be specified in order confirmations or license files.
Purchases, Payment & Delivery
All purchases require payment in full before delivery. Payment must be cleared before service or digital goods are released.
Accepted payment methods will be specified per-offer. Users are responsible for any fees from their banks or payment providers.
Delivery timelines are estimates; delays may occur due to payment clearance or other operational reasons. Delivery confirmation (screenshots, messages, or timestamps) will be retained by FAVnC.
Failure to provide accurate payment details may delay or prevent delivery; FAVnC is not liable for user errors in payment instructions.
User Responsibilities
Provide accurate contact and payment details when purchasing.
Do not claim or present FAVnC payment receipts, vouches, or materials as your own.
Use delivered materials only within the scope of the license purchased.
Prohibited Conduct
Impersonation of FAVnC or using FAVnC vouches to represent yourself as FAVnC.
Distributing, reselling, or republishing restricted assets without written permission.
Attempting to access FAVnC internal systems, bypass protections, or perform unauthorized actions.
Enforcement, Remedies & Legal Action
Violations may result in immediate termination of service, account blacklisting, refund denial, and civil or criminal action. FAVnC reserves the right to pursue injunctive relief, damages, and legal fees where applicable.
Warranties & Disclaimers
Services and goods are provided "as-is". FAVnC disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Where law prohibits such disclaimers, FAVnC's liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.
Limitation of Liability
FAVnC is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. FAVnC's aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the total payments made by the user to FAVnC in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold FAVnC harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from user breach of these Terms, misuse of services, or violation of third-party rights.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.
Changes to Terms
FAVnC may modify these Terms by publishing an updated version. Continued use of services after the update constitutes acceptance. Users will be notified of material changes through documented channels where possible.
Rules & Code of Conduct
These rules apply to interactions with FAVnC services, transactions, communities, and any materials provided by FAVnC.
Core Rules
Treat others respectfully. Harassment, bullying, threats, or discriminatory language is not tolerated.
Do not attempt to steal, scam, or fake payments or proofs of payment.
Do not reuse FAVnC vouches, payment proofs, or testimonials for your own benefit or marketing.
Do not publish private keys, personal payment information, or sensitive materials in public forums.
Vouches, Proofs & Reputation
Vouches, testimonials, and payment proofs created by or for FAVnC remain FAVnC property. Reusing or misrepresenting these materials for personal gain or impersonation is strictly prohibited and will result in enforcement actions including legal pursuit.
Sanctions & Consequences
First offenses may result in warnings or account suspension.
Repeated or serious offenses may result in permanent bans, refusal of service, and pursuit of civil remedies.
Fraudulent chargebacks, false disputes, or false takedown claims will be contested and may lead to prosecution where applicable.
FAVnC License
The "FAVnC License" governs use of digital assets, code, resources, or other deliverables provided by Pat Williams under FAVnC. The license below is a general license; specific products may include additional license documents that supersede where specified.
Grant of License
FAVnC grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered item only for the purposes explicitly permitted in the purchase or license file. No rights are transferred beyond those expressly granted.
License Tiers & Examples
Personal Use: Use the asset for the owner's personal projects. Redistribution and resale prohibited.
Commercial Use (Standard): Use in commercial projects for the licensee only, not for resale. Redistribution or sublicensing prohibited.
Extended / Redistribution Rights: Only granted if explicitly purchased and documented in a written license file. The scope of redistribution will be clearly described.
Restrictions
No redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or public sharing unless explicitly permitted.
No removal or alteration of license, copyright, or attribution notices embedded in the files.
No reverse engineering to produce a competing product for sale without explicit permission.
Termination
Violation of license terms results in immediate termination of rights. FAVnC may pursue injunctive relief and damages. Upon termination, the licensee must stop using the materials and delete all copies unless otherwise required by law for record-keeping.

Refund & Payment Policy
Clear rules around payment, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks to protect both buyers and FAVnC. Payments must be made before delivery. Refunds are exceptional and considered case-by-case.
Payment Rules
Users MUST pay first before receiving items or services.
Payment confirmation is required before any delivery is performed.
Users are responsible for sending the correct payment details; incorrect payments may be unrecoverable.
Refund Criteria
Refunds may be considered if FAVnC fails to deliver the product within agreed timeframe and fails to resolve the issue after reasonable notice.
Refunds are NOT issued for buyer's change of mind after delivery unless otherwise specified in product terms.
Evidence such as payment receipt, order ID, and screenshots of the issue must be provided for a refund request to be considered.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested. If a chargeback is made without prior dispute resolution, FAVnC will provide evidence to the payment processor. Users who initiate fraudulent chargebacks may be subject to legal action and civil recovery of damages and fees.
DMCA, Copyright & Takedowns
FAVnC enforces copyright protections. If you believe content owned by you was used without permission, send a takedown request with required details. False claims may be actionable.
How to Submit a Takedown Request
Required information for a takedown notice:
1) Your full legal name and contact information.
2) Description of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
3) Exact location (URL or path) of the infringing material.
4) A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized.
5) A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized agent.
6) Your signature (electronic or physical).
Counter-Notification
If you receive a takedown and believe it was mistaken, provide a counter-notice that includes contact details, identification of the removed content, a statement consenting to jurisdiction, and a declaration under penalty of perjury.

Limitation Period
Claims must be brought within any statutory period required by applicable law. Failure to bring a claim within such period may bar recovery.
